Associate, Product Marketing (Private Equity)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement with regular office attendance and up to 18 remote workdays per quarter, subject to manager approval.

Base salary: $90,000–$95,000 per year, plus a discretionary annual bonus and potential long-term rewards.

What you will do

• Support content development for new product launches, including planning, communication plans, presentations, factsheets, DDQs, PPM content, and related deliverables.
• Help develop product messaging, marketing collateral, investment themes, and competitive positioning with key partners.
• Collaborate with product specialists, investment, operations, investor relations, compliance, data, and legal teams.
• Develop external webcasts, events, product insights, sales emails, digital content, and campaign assets.
• Coordinate or execute targeted go-to-market initiatives aligned with firmwide priorities.
• Maintain consistent messaging, tone, brand, and quality across marketing materials.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing, storytelling, presentation development, grammar, proofreading, and quality-control skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt tone and language for different audiences.
• Ability to independently analyze information, solve problems, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with investment concepts, financial markets, and numbers-based analysis.
