Digital Development Traineeship Program

Location: Csömör, at the P&G Budapest site in Hungary

Starting salary: 858,470 HUF per month for a full-time schedule

What you will do

• Support and help execute strategies within digital and organizational teams.
• Work with corporate digital systems and infrastructure.
• Participate in developing and implementing new digital ideas, techniques, procedures, services, and products under guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitize and transform business processes.
• Coordinate and support ongoing digital projects involving collaboration tools, data insights, automated manufacturing, and cybersecurity.
• Develop operational, engineering, management, and leadership skills through a 12-month traineeship.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in engineering, technical management, STEM, Computer Science, IT, Automation, or a related field.
• Availability for 24–40 hours per week.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical, systems, and process-oriented skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with initiative and flexibility.
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft O365 tools and software development skills.
• English and Hungarian communication skills required, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI or Power Automate.
