Early Careers Hubs – Digital Data & Analytics Trainee

What you will do

• Collect, clean, prepare, and validate data for analysis pipelines.
• Build and maintain basic data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and produce reports and dashboards.
• Support simple machine learning and statistical model development under supervision.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, including data modelling, DAX measures, and visual design.
• Document data flows and findings while collaborating with data engineers and data scientists.

Requirements

• Active university student status in Communications, Business, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Commitment to an 18-month trainee program, with expected graduation around February 2028.
• Basic knowledge of Python or SQL through academic or personal projects.
• Understanding of tables, joins, aggregations, basic statistics, and data analysis principles.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
