GBS Data Analytics Analyst (Microsoft Fabric): Designing enterprise-scale data pipelines, analytics platforms, and Power BI dashboards for global business and finance operations with an accent on Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, data modeling, and governed self-service analytics. Focus on building scalable cloud workflows, optimizing performance and data quality, and translating OTC, STP, and RTR requirements into actionable data products.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid role with up to 3 days per week working from home

What you will do
- Design and implement enterprise-scale data pipelines, analytics platforms, and advanced analytics dashboards.
- Develop data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and orchestration workflows across structured and cloud-based data environments.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performing data products with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Power BI.
- Create governed Power BI datasets and dashboards for self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Translate business and finance requirements across Order to Cash, Source to Pay, and Record to Report into data strategies.
- Implement data governance, quality, security, compliance, automation, and performance optimization practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related discipline.
- Expert-level SQL and relational database skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, cloud-based data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of data modeling, orchestration, governance, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Fluent English is required, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise-grade data orchestration tools and Snowflake orchestration capabilities.
- Proficiency in Python for data transformation and automation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and a strategic approach to creating business value through data.
