Senior Associate, Brand Social

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States; recurring in-office weeks

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Support planning and execution of the organic social media content calendar.
• Brief the creative team on upcoming content in a timely and organized manner.
• Build the hirify.global TikTok community through creator relationships and engagement.
• Manage daily customer communications and engage with followers on owned social posts.
• Collaborate with Social Media and Community teams to plan, organize, and collect UGC from creators.
• Pitch new content formats, monitor trends, and act quickly on relevant marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing and social media.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, culture, platform features, and popular formats.
• Ability to create relatable content aligned with the brand voice.
• Experience using Asana or similar project management software to manage calendars and projects.
• Proven work ethic, integrity, adaptability, entrepreneurial spirit, and an egoless approach.
• Ability to collaborate with Social Media, Community, and creative teams.
