Senior Analog Engineer -Power Management

What you will do

• Develop hybrid converter and power delivery solutions for automotive and robotics applications.
• Define systems, create block architectures, and design analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
• Perform circuit simulation, verification, validation, and layout while ensuring quality and performance.
• Prepare design reviews, design notes, layout guidance, and other cell design documentation.
• Collaborate with customers, design partners, product, test, packaging, program management, quality, and business teams.
• Publish technical articles and conference papers, file patents, and provide product support.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in electrical engineering; an M.S. degree is preferred.
• At least 4 years of direct experience designing analog and mixed-signal transistor-level circuitry for power management applications.
• Strong knowledge of analog circuit design theory and device physics.
• Experience designing MOS and BJT circuits, including bandgap references, amplifiers, oscillators, detection circuits, linear LDOs, and switching regulators.
• Experience with mixed-signal design tools and flows and the ability to read and write Verilog-AMS models.

Nice to have

• Experience designing DC-DC converters, switched-capacitor converters, and load switches.
• Hybrid converter design experience.
• Ability to create original circuit techniques with significant technical value.
