Business Performance and Estimation Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Zaventem, Belgium; the role includes travel across Europe, including the UK and Ireland.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and optimise the Estimation function across multiple countries.
• Manage estimation workload, performance metrics, pricing discipline, quotation accuracy, and margin optimisation.
• Drive KPI reporting, dashboard management, forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven business performance insights.
• Monitor pipeline performance, conversion rates, backlog, resource utilisation, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the BU Manager with strategic decisions, operational priorities, and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate business improvement initiatives, standardise processes, strengthen governance, and support resource planning and organisational scalability.

Requirements

• Experience in business operations, commercial operations, finance, PMO, consulting, or estimation leadership.
• Strong commercial, financial, and operational decision-making skills.
• Background in construction, manufacturing, engineering, modular construction, or another project-based environment.
• Proven ability to improve business performance through data, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with an analytical and hands-on approach.
• Experience supporting growth, change, and organisational development.
