Data Analytics Consultant

InPost Group is a European out-of-home deliveries company operating an intelligent parcel-locker network and e-commerce logistics services.

What you will do

• Support stakeholders and business lines with data-driven decisions.
• Gather, process, and analyze large-scale real-time data from campaigns, products, customers, sales, logistics, and other systems.
• Design, develop, and extend scalable data model layers for analytics calculations and visualizations.
• Write maintainable, standards-compliant code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts on integrated data solutions.
• Prototype and coordinate data visualizations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role handling large volumes of data.
• Strong Python/PySpark, SQL, and Bash scripting skills.
• Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into data models and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of real-time data from backend, frontend, internal, and external systems.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• French communication or reading skills.
• Apache Spark in Databricks and cloud data platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Apache Airflow, dbt, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker experience.
• Knowledge of data governance and experience in agile environments.
