Location: Linkou, Taiwan. The position requires frequent travelling up to ~50%.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and lead cross-sector audits based on defined hirify.global requirements and standards.
• Identify QLTC risks during supplier selection and drive effective resolution of supply chain issues.
• Manage the audit lifecycle end-to-end, from initial planning and execution to follow-up and verification of improvements.
• Collaborate with Category Management and Supplier Account Teams to translate supplier strategies into actionable audit plans.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Global Supplier Audit framework by identifying best practices.

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, or Management Sciences.
• Over 5 years of experience in supplier management, manufacturing, logistics, or engineering, preferably within the high-tech or semiconductor industry.
• Certified ISO9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification.
• Deep knowledge of International Quality Standards (ISO9001, ISO14001) and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, SPC).
• Proven expertise in risk management and project management.
• Broad knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, World-class operations, and Cleanroom standards.
