Account Manager (Performance Marketing)

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for small and medium-sized clients.
• Provide strategic guidance and optimization techniques for affiliate programs.
• Conduct business review meetings and manage client reporting.
• Support program implementations and resolve technical or financial issues.
• Identify potential growth opportunities within the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with publishers and internal stakeholders to drive client success.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level).
• 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, open-minded, and self-reliant approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in performance marketing is considered a plus.
