Assistant Apparel Designer - (Scrubwear & Underscrubs)

What you will do

• Create sketches, CADs, design boards, and presentation materials under the direction of senior designers.
• Support seasonal product development across men’s and women’s scrubwear and underscrubs.
• Build and update tech packs while tracking lab dips, trims, strike-offs, mock-ups, and other development components.
• Attend fittings, capture detailed notes, and maintain records of fit and design changes.
• Conduct trend, market, and competitive research and organize findings for seasonal development.
• Track deadlines, action items, design files, and cross-functional updates to support team workflow.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of apparel design experience, including internships.
• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of garment construction, fit, and materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to create clean, accurate technical sketches and CADs.
• Strong collaboration, communication, ownership, initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through.
