Designer - Women's Tek Gear

Location: Hybrid role based at the Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday with remote work available on Fridays.

What you will do

• Design and maintain tech packs, trim sheets, and design packages for multiple apparel categories or a large brand.
• Enter and maintain accurate product data in Product Lifecycle Management systems.
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer, Design Director, Trend and Design teams, artists, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Direct color and art development and present designs to influence product direction.
• Research domestic market trends, fabrics, and techniques, and complete pre-packages.
• Meet with vendors to source fabrics and trims while ensuring product consistency with market trends and business strategy.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and CAD or similar programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.
• 5–7 years of design experience is preferred.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, monitor activities across business units, and complete projects on time.
• Ability to work onsite at the Menomonee Falls corporate office Monday through Thursday and meet regular attendance requirements.
