Creative Studio Assistant (AI)

Location: New York, New York, USA; hybrid

Base pay: $30.30–$30.90 per hour

What you will do

• Support seasonal presentation decks, concept boards, visual storytelling materials, and project communications.
• Create realistic renderings of existing products using AI-powered creative tools and visualization technologies.
• Prepare design milestone meetings, capture decisions and action items, distribute recaps, and coordinate follow-up.
• Partner with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Materials Development, Technical Design, Legal, and other functions throughout product development.
• Maintain design archives, CAD libraries, color standards, seasonal assets, trackers, and project documentation.
• Coordinate seasonal color palette development, product tracking, trend research, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in a creative, fashion, design, or product development environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, visual presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in handbags, accessories, color, materials, and product design.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Raspberry, Adobe Firefly, or other Adobe AI solutions; training is provided.
• CAD experience and product rendering skills.
