Intern IT Network

Location: Columbus, Ohio or Merrillville, Indiana; candidates must reside within 50 miles of the reporting location.

Salary: $19.80–$33.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support network infrastructure delivery, technical design activities, and infrastructure project execution.
• Help oversee incident, problem, change, asset, and configuration management processes.
• Assist with the development and review of ITIL-based processes and practices.
• Develop monitoring tools, standards, and compliance requirements for enterprise systems.
• Analyze monitoring data, identify trends, and use automation to improve monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, program managers, IT analysts, managed service providers, and other teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in data science, computer science, computer engineering, statistics, or mathematics.
• At least one year of undergraduate study completed and a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, process analysis, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication, attention to detail, organization, and self-discipline.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the 12-week summer internship starting in May 2027.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and enthusiasm for data.
• Experience using computers, operating systems, mobile devices, MS Office Suite, MS Project, and other IT applications.
