Technology Intern – Infrastructure and IT Management

Location: Chicago, IL; ten-week onsite internship program.

Salary: $35.00 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Work with infrastructure and platform engineering teams on enterprise technology platforms.
• Design, configure, automate, and support cloud, network, database, operating system, and middleware environments.
• Contribute to scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions.
• Apply infrastructure as code, automation, observability, and IT service management practices.
• Participate in meaningful technology projects, professional development workshops, networking events, and cross-functional presentations.
• Use coding for automation and contribute to generative AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related major.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 from an accredited college or university.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through projects or extracurricular activities.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Coursework or experience in networking, operating systems, or virtualization.
• Curiosity about financial markets and interest in financial services.
• Previous internship experience.
