2027 Information Technology Intern

Location: Davidson, North Carolina, United States. Work onsite Monday through Thursday; Fridays offer flexibility in work location. Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in the United States.

Salary: $21.50–$30.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Complete challenging IT assignments as part of a 12-week summer internship.
• Contribute to projects involving project management, business analysis, supplier management, infrastructure, and application management.
• Capture requirements, design, test, and implement information systems.
• Support business process re-engineering and analyze the impact of changes.
• Partner with internal customers to align solutions and deliver results.
• Participate in leadership training, networking, and exposure to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• At least one internship or other work experience.
• Experience demonstrating leadership through campus organizations, sports, residential advising, or work projects.
• Ability to identify complex problems, evaluate options, adapt to changing business circumstances, and collaborate effectively.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
