IT Intern (Manufacturing)

Location: Corp-Main - Diamond Bar, California, United States; on-site summer internship

Compensation: $28.59–$37.88 per hour

What you will do

• Work cross-functionally on high-impact projects within an HQ department.
• Research new and existing projects and support major decision-making.
• Develop proposed solutions using a continuous improvement mindset.
• Attend department meetings, act on feedback, and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Present the internship experience, projects, and outcomes to department leadership.

Requirements

• Current junior or rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Previous work experience is not required.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, organizing, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Clear oral and written communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn about manufacturing and department operations.

Nice to have

• One year of previous internship experience.
