TL;DR
Senior Program Manager (F-15) (Aerospace/DoD acquisition): Supporting the acquisition, development, upgrades, and lifecycle management of USAF and FMS F-15 aircraft programs with an accent on requirements documentation, milestone planning, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on preparing acquisition documents, supporting technical and program reviews, managing risks and action items, and translating user requirements into RFP documentation.

Location: WPAFB, Dayton, Ohio, United States. Full-time onsite role with 20% travel. Must be a US citizen and hold a Secret clearance.

hirify.global supports the F-15 contract and Air Force Division with program management, acquisition, testing, and lifecycle support for defense aircraft systems.

What you will do

  • Support acquisition program management for current and future F-15 aircraft configurations, subsystems, equipment, and lifecycle activities.
  • Develop, coordinate, review, and finalize acquisition, requirements, milestone, contract, and program documentation.
  • Coordinate inputs across financial, procurement, engineering, logistics, government, and program-office stakeholders.
  • Support technical and program reviews, including SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FCA, PCA, PRR, and milestone events.
  • Contribute to contract strategies, work breakdown structures, risk assessments, cost estimates, life-cycle support plans, and program analyses.
  • Prepare briefings and reports, communicate program progress and recommendations, and manage action items following reviews.

Requirements

  • MA/MS with 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in the DoD; or BA/BS with 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in the DoD; or 20 years of directly related experience, including at least 8 years in the DoD.
  • US citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.
  • Experience with DoD and US Air Force acquisition regulations, guidelines, and processes.
  • Knowledge of acquisition program management across requirements, procurement, development, upgrades, and post-award lifecycle activities.
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation, executive briefings, program assessments, analyses, and written recommendations.
