What you will do

• Calculate and validate stack testing results using spreadsheets and handwritten field records.
• Write and assemble test protocols and reports using templates, style guides, SOPs, reference methods, and applicable standards.
• Perform technical editorial reviews covering grammar, spelling, calculations, results, conclusions, and document accuracy.
• Complete stack testing program reports from scratch, prepare ERT documentation without a test plan, and apply regional regulations and test methods.
• Investigate and resolve data anomalies, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Review the work of and mentor junior staff while contributing to reporting procedures and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical writing experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with air test methods, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently, identify and investigate inconsistent or suspect data, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Intermediate proficiency with cloud-based platforms, Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and PDF editing software.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field preferred; a high school diploma is acceptable when relevant writing and mathematics skills can be demonstrated.
• Ability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening; ability to lift materials up to 20 pounds.
