Location: Remote/home-based field position for US-based candidates, covering Northern California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, and Montana. Applicants must live within 60 miles of a major airport and be willing to travel 60–70% of the time. A valid driver’s license is required.
Base salary: $160,000–$240,000 per year, with potential annual bonus or incentive compensation and equity eligibility.

What you will do
- Build peer-to-peer relationships with oncology key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, academic centers, and other medical experts.
- Develop and execute regional territory plans aligned with US Medical Affairs strategy.
- Provide scientific information and clinical support through presentations, medical congresses, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and healthcare institution engagements.
- Gather clinical and research insights from external experts and communicate them to relevant internal departments.
- Support company-sponsored studies, collaboration studies, investigator-initiated studies, speaker development, clinical trials, and sales training initiatives.
- Contribute to medical planning, local strategy, budget execution, adverse-event reporting, and product complaint documentation.
Requirements
- Advanced degree such as PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in the relevant therapeutic area; alternatively, an RN, NP, CNP, PA, or equivalent license with a master’s degree and at least 5 years of clinical practice.
- At least 2 years of experience as an MSL or in a comparable industry or clinical role.
- Experience in oncology is preferred, as is a successful track record as a Medical Science Liaison.
- Ability to research, critically analyze, and communicate complex scientific and medical information.
- Strong planning, organization, strategic thinking, relationship-building, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of spoken English, willingness to travel at least 60% of workdays, and a valid driver’s license are required.

- Understanding of regulatory requirements for field-based personnel.
