Customer Care Representative - Life Insurance

Location: Work from home in the USA. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; varied shifts may apply.

Salary: $35,000–$40,000 annually, plus potential annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Answer customer calls about retirement, life insurance, and annuity investment products.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, personalized service.
• Research information across multiple systems and technologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues.
• Document inquiries, actions, and follow-up items.
• Maintain product and procedure knowledge while meeting department metrics.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of call center, customer service, or financial services experience.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
