Production Planner

Location: Petfurdo, Hungary; fully onsite Monday to Friday

What you will do

• Prepare, maintain, and adjust production plans based on demand and available capacity.
• Create and schedule production orders, aligning production, logistics, purchasing, and demand requirements.
• Monitor SAP data for raw materials, work in progress, finished goods, and packed or blended inventory, resolving shortages and surpluses.
• Manage inventory levels, provide raw material forecasts, and coordinate order planning and adjustments with purchasing.
• Participate in supply chain meetings, prepare presentations, and identify operational risks and capacity constraints.
• Maintain documentation, support monthly closing and audits, and ensure compliance with EHS standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in production planning.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, including inventory control and production scheduling.
• Strong SAP expertise is mandatory.
• Communicative English is required; the CV must be submitted in English.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure, with openness to fully onsite work.
