Export Sales Order Management Team Lead (Pharma)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work arrangement.

Salary: HUF 10,944,000–16,416,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end export sales order management, including order validation, shipment documentation, delivery, invoicing, customer inquiries, and returns.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales & Operations Execution, Customer Fulfillment, and local stakeholders.
• Monitor operational KPIs, policy compliance, export documentation, customs declarations, and intercompany automation.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Export Sales Order Analysts while managing workloads, performance, recruitment, and retention.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation initiatives, transition projects, and regional or global process improvements.
• Ensure effective onboarding and provide procedural and professional training for direct reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Order Management, Order to Cash, Customer Service, contract and commercial conditions management, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of team lead experience and strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
• Hands-on SAP experience is required; S/4HANA with SD and GTS modules is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial policies, pricing, rebates, invoices, returns, and claims, with advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• Degree or diploma in Economics, Trade, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or Finance.
• Excellent written and verbal English and French are required.
