Manager, Cafe Sales and Marketing

What you will do

• Direct cafe sales and marketing efforts in line with the overall operating strategy.
• Develop marketing initiatives and sales strategies to drive consistent year-over-year entrée count growth.
• Manage marketing expenses against budget and forecast models, including understanding the cafe P&L.
• Market the restaurant, retail, live music, and special events business lines to corporate, tourist, and local guests.
• Plan and execute meetings and events that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Develop team performance, career progression, learning, and retention programs while maintaining brand and service standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience with CRM platforms and expertise in social media platforms.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, problem-solving, and business skills.
• Ability to work in cafe and office environments, tolerate heat, cold, chemicals, and loud noise, and move throughout venues for extended periods.
• Ability to travel by car or airplane for extended periods.
