Marketing & Resident Experience Specialist - Villas at Babcock (Student Housing)

What you will do

• Drive property revenue and occupancy through leasing execution, customer service, and traditional, digital, and social marketing.
• Manage the prospect leasing journey, including appointments, lead follow-up, onsite tours, showrooms, and move-in and move-out administration.
• Coordinate room assignments, roommate matching, package management, and required leasing and traffic reporting.
• Plan and deliver lease-up events, renewal events, resident programs, housing fairs, orientations, and open houses.
• Create social media content and audit property websites, listings, and digital channels for accuracy and visual quality.
• Build relationships with local businesses, community leaders, university partners, and internal service teams while monitoring market trends and property standards.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in leasing, marketing, or sales.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business correspondence and leasing documents.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with an interest in leasing, sales, marketing, hospitality, or customer service.
• Ability to work onsite at Villas at Babcock in San Antonio, Texas.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the student housing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Social media experience.
