Graphic Designer (Sports)

Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States; onsite in the marketing department

hirify.global designs, engineers, manufactures, and markets performance products and systems for bicycles, powered vehicles, motorcycles, trucks, and other specialty applications. The role supports Marucci Sports and its family of sports brands.

What you will do

• Develop print, packaging, email marketing, event signage, imagery, video, and collateral materials.
• Create trend-right graphics using consumer and athlete insight, storytelling, emotional connectivity, and brand relevance.
• Apply the Marucci Sports style guide and maintain brand standards across creative work.
• Collaborate with designers and creatives on marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.
• Meet creative deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and brand equity.
• Provide design support to senior designers as needed.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design.
• Advanced knowledge of the Mac platform and proficiency with Windows.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Print Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Exceptional attention to quality and detail, with a self-motivated and responsible work attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Photography experience.
