Graphic Designer Product Creation (Golf Products)

Location: Carlsbad, California, United States; onsite. Frequent international travel to factories in Asia may be required, at least once per year.

Annual base pay: $73,000–$85,000, plus potential health and wellness benefits, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, and paid time off.

What you will do

• Create original graphic concepts for golf accessories, packaging, and soft and hard goods.
• Develop logos, brand marks, identity guidelines, and golf ball packaging designs.
• Prepare detailed, production-ready technical files and tech packs for vendor development.
• Collaborate with hard goods, soft goods, and accessories teams to ensure designs translate accurately to manufacturing.
• Research and develop creative concepts for ecommerce and accessories projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related area.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Strong illustration skills and a keen understanding of color, layout, and typography.
• Ability to create precise, production-ready technical files and tech packs, with knowledge of materials, fabrics, and textures for soft goods.
• Strong organization, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and deadline management skills.

Nice to have

• Passion for and knowledge of golf.
• Familiarity with KeyShot rendering.
• Experience with ClickUp, Ziflow, Asana, or Monday.com.
