What you will do

• Develop creative assets with Licensing, Marketing, and Brand teams for Sonic the Hedgehog and Transmedia IPs.
• Execute trend and seasonal guides, product concepts, packaging, marketing materials, social media assets, and event designs.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines, concept decks across product lines, marketing, and social content.
• Provide feedback to internal teams, agencies, illustrators, licensees, and vendors.
• Support large-scale events with booth designs, displays, and promotional items.
• Mentor designers, contribute to templates and workflows, conduct competitive analysis, and travel as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
• 5-8+ years in brand, consumer products, licensing, packaging, and graphic design; agency/client-side experience.
• Strong conceptual skills in licensing products, trend guides, package design; experience across apparel, bags, bedding, food, beauty.
• Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator; proficient in InDesign; 360° brand design (print, digital, packaging).
• Systems design thinking, trend awareness, multi-tasking in fast-paced environment; strong communication and collaboration.
• Interest in gaming, anime, entertainment, toys, marketing trends.
