Graphic Designer (Real Estate)

Location: Denver, CO, USA; in-office 5 days a week

Salary: USD 65,000–75,000 per year, with targeted annual bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Develop print and digital marketing materials, community branding assets, signage, wayfinding systems, brochures, advertising, email campaigns, environmental graphics, and presentations.
• Maintain corporate design standards, templates, visual guidelines, and consistency across customer-facing communications.
• Manage creative projects from intake through final delivery, including timelines, budgets, approvals, status updates, and quality standards.
• Coordinate signage production and installation with internal stakeholders, printers, fabricators, vendors, and installation partners.
• Present creative concepts and recommendations while collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Development, Creative, and Interactive teams.
• Improve creative workflows and contribute to onboarding, knowledge sharing, and current design best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house creative team, agency, real estate, hospitality, retail, or property management environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and brand-focused creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, prioritization, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Ability to work in the Denver office 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience managing projects, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating signage, print production, environmental graphics, or installations.
• Knowledge of HTML, Figma, After Effects, UX/UI principles, Final Cut Pro or equivalent video editing, and Dreamweaver.
• Experience working within established brand standards or in multifamily, real estate, hospitality, retail, or customer-focused industries.
