Treasury Funding and Liquidity Senior Analyst

Location: Plano, Texas, United States. The role requires existing U.S. work authorization and does not provide employment-based visa or immigration sponsorship. Travel of up to 5% may be required.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with Retail Demand Note investors and program administrators, supporting onboarding and issue resolution.
• Lead brokered CD transactions and wholesale funding agreements while following liquidity policies and supporting funding margin optimization.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and improve funding workflows and customer service processes.
• Coordinate Treasury Front Office, Middle Office, external brokers, legal teams, and bank counterparties to support settlement and accurate reporting.
• Lead projects involving new funding products and technology enhancements from concept through execution.
• Prepare data-driven updates for senior leadership on market trends, issuer activity, and program performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services, treasury, or a related field.
• Professional client-facing communication skills and experience supporting dealer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use performance data for decision-making.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without requiring current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience with Wall Street and Atom systems.
