Sr Manager, Treasury Operations (Treasury Technology)

Location: Houston, Texas; regular work in the office and around the corporate campus. Travel: 20%. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise Treasury Operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, hedging, payment operations, in-house banking, and treasury controls.
• Own treasury infrastructure, including Reval administration, bank accounts, ERP treasury processes, KYC, signatory management, and operational support.
• Drive automation, AI, analytics, Power BI reporting, workflow redesign, standardization, and continuous process improvement.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, IT, and operating companies on treasury solutions and enterprise initiatives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, bank reporting, liquidity reporting, executive dashboards, and KPIs.
• Lead treasury modernization, compliance, operational risk management, business continuity, and banking relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
• 10+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems, preferably Reval, ERP platforms such as D365 or similar, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience leading complex treasury operations, technology initiatives, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, executive presence, analytical skills, and change leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing associates, including resource planning, performance monitoring, cross-training, and succession planning.
