Revenue Excellence Trainer (Healthcare)

Location: Manchester, NH, United States; hybrid schedule, 8:00–17:00

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain onboarding programs and ongoing training curricula for Revenue Cycle teams and internal business partners.
• Facilitate training across patient access, coding, billing, payer policies, and system workflows.
• Develop role-specific learning paths and certification programs to support career progression and operational capability.
• Identify skill gaps and training opportunities using performance data, stakeholder feedback, and workflow analysis.
• Collaborate with leaders on workforce retraining related to changing regulations, payer requirements, and internal standards.
• Monitor training effectiveness through performance indicators and feedback loops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field, or at least four years of Epic Revenue Cycle experience.
• 3–5+ years of Revenue Cycle operations experience.
• Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle applications.
• Epic Credentialed Trainer distinction and Revenue Cycle application certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.

Nice to have

• Healthcare system experience.
• Existing certification in Revenue Cycle applications.
