Software Engineer - Intermediate

Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States

Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 annually, plus eligibility for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design, develop, document, and implement software solutions aligned with project requirements and business goals.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, development teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners through Agile ceremonies.
• Investigate bugs and verify fixes, including issues identified by QA or Support.
• Participate in technical design meetings and contribute to solution and product architecture.
• Write secure code using development best practices and OWASP vulnerability guidance.
• Perform unit and integration testing for functionality, security, and system limits while improving coding practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a software engineer or technical software analyst.
• Strong programming and computer science fundamentals, with proficiency in multiple languages or frameworks.
• Software development, testing, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of CI/CD build and deployment strategies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice to have

• Four years of experience as a software engineer or technical software analyst.
• Experience with .NET, React, C#, or SQL database programming.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline development, Microsoft Copilot, SonarQube, and cloud engineering with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
