Solutions Architect (E-Invoicing)

What you will do

• Design and implement e-invoicing and digital tax compliance solutions for enterprise clients.
• Gather business, technical, and regulatory requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
• Develop implementation plans, perform feature gap analyses, and create tailored solutions with Solutions Engineers.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, JSON/XML payloads, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and data mappings.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, support, and solutions teams to resolve implementation issues and capture client feedback.
• Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, post-sales metrics, and activities through Go-Live.

Requirements

• Professional experience with e-invoicing, electronic invoicing, digital tax, indirect tax technology, or related tax compliance solutions.
• Understanding of e-invoicing from both business/regulatory and technical perspectives.
• Experience implementing B2B SaaS solutions for enterprise customers, including ERP, billing, finance, or tax technology integrations.
• Comfort working with APIs, JSON, XML, webhooks, cloud technologies, and system integrations.
• Ability to translate complex business, tax, and regulatory requirements into clear technical requirements and solution designs.
• Practical understanding of AI tools, along with strong ownership and responsibility for customer outcomes.
