Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work arrangement. Receive 18 remote workdays per quarter subject to manager approval.

What you will do

• Evaluate secondary investment opportunities across diverse industries, including technology and healthcare.
• Conduct due diligence with advisers and private equity managers.
• Build partnership and company financial models and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Contribute to investment recommendations, valuation discussions, negotiations, and decision-making.
• Monitor and help manage the investment portfolio.
• Coordinate the investment closing process and handle additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and Excel skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• High maturity, strong work ethic, leadership ability, and capacity to multitask with limited supervision.
• BS/BA, MBA, or equivalent experience.
