Research Associate I / II (Protein Analytics)

What you will do

• Execute cGMP testing of biotherapeutic samples using HPLC, SDS-CGE, UV-Vis, ELISA, appearance, and compendial methods.
• Follow experimental protocols and accurately record information, measurements, and results in compliance with cGMP, GLP, GCP, SOPs, and study protocols.
• Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports and electronic laboratory notebook records.
• Troubleshoot experiments and support analytical method improvements.
• Present findings to internal teams and clients while contributing to team-based problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Follow safety procedures for handling, labeling, and disposing of chemicals and hazardous materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field for Research Associate I, with 0+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 0+ years of experience for Research Associate II.
• Hands-on protein biochemistry and analytical separations experience, including HPLC, SDS-PAGE, capillary electrophoresis, and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
• Experience with ELISA, scientific software, and data analysis tools.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, troubleshooting, technical writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with DSC, CD, FTIR, SPR, qPCR, or other analytical and biophysical techniques.
