Asset Management Intern (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office.

Salary: $25.00–$25.00 annual full-time base salary range.

hirify.global supports client businesses in the real estate industry, and Pelium Real Estate Asset Management provides asset management services for Apollo’s commercial real estate financing business in the United States.

What you will do

• Analyze loan documents, investment committee memoranda, deal structures, funds flows, economics, and servicing requirements.
• Help prepare and present credit recommendations for loan extensions, draw funding, borrower consents, and lease approvals.
• Gather market data and financial statements, maintain rent rolls, and prepare Excel-based asset reports with cash flow, variance, and budget analysis.
• Build and perform LTV, DY, and DSCR analyses and review construction, tenant improvement, leasing commission, and capital expenditure draw requests.
• Monitor portfolio events including extensions, modifications, upsizes, collateral reviews, construction loans, and new closings.
• Participate in a team project and complete a capstone project at the end of the 12-week internship.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in finance, real estate, or a related major.
• Demonstrable interest in commercial real estate.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, and project/time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and business writing skills, with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
