What you will do

• Collaborate with digital product managers, business system owners, users, software engineers, and QA analysts to define software solutions.
• Capture stakeholder requests and translate them into system specifications, user stories, vertical slices, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead end-to-end and integration testing, coordinate use cases and test cases, and support regression automation decisions.
• Document and prioritize software defects in Jira and support the analysis of production issues.
• Maintain product and system documentation in Confluence, Miro, and related tools.
• Analyze, map, and communicate current-state and future-state business processes while serving as a subject-matter expert for the application area.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a business analyst or business systems analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Experience in Agile software development as a product owner or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the insurance business domain.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required. Ability to explain and simplify technology for non-technical users.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
• Experience creating and managing test plans.
• Knowledge of test automation principles.
