Accounting Analyst

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, USA; primarily remote with required office work in Scottsdale when needed

Salary: $21.24–$28.31 hourly

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers and vendors regarding Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, shipping-related issues, and expense reimbursement.
• Review employee expense reports and approve them for reimbursement.
• Create and analyze reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Support offshore staff by answering questions, providing training, and maintaining documentation.
• Assist with training for business process changes and participate in process improvement, cost reduction, and issue-resolution initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of analytical or related business experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to research issues, develop solutions, and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams.
• General knowledge of accounting principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, SAP Concur, or Service First.
