What you will do

• Support the development, execution, and optimization of category media plans.
• Prepare weekly performance recaps covering investment tracking, in-market results, and optimization actions.
• Manage media operations, including flowcharts, budgets, authorizations, billing, reporting, and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate administrative support, presentations, meetings, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Manage governance and access for digital commerce tools, including eContent deployment, syndication, and audits.
• Collaborate with brand, media, creative, agency, customer, and retailer teams to resolve content issues and strengthen media operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with budget management and project management.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• This is an onsite, non-management position in Mason, United States.
