Intern, Appraisal & Consulting (Part-Time)

Location: West Des Moines, Iowa, United States; hybrid office environment

Salary: $22.50 annually for full-time base salary

Real estate services company supporting appraisal, consulting, valuation management, and technology-enabled transformation for institutional clients.

What you will do

• Support commercial real estate valuations and appraisal reviews across major property types.
• Research property and market information and analyze subject and comparable data.
• Assist with appraisal, consulting, and other client deliverables.
• Help execute portfolio valuations and large consulting engagements.
• Coordinate workflows, track processes from beginning to end, and meet delivery deadlines.
• Communicate with market participants, clients, and colleagues while working independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Working toward a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Analytical mindset, self-motivation, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office environment in West Des Moines and report to another local office when required.
