What you will do

• Lead the Consumer Market Insights team and drive consumer-centric business strategies.
• Conduct market research using sales analysis, surveys, demographic data, and social media monitoring.
• Analyze consumer behavior, purchasing drivers, price sensitivity, brand loyalty, ingredient preferences, and influencer impact.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and marketing tactics to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide consumer insights for product development, marketing strategy, packaging, formulations, and online customer experience.
• Use market trends and consumer insights to support demand forecasting and inventory planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related roles in the beauty or CPG industry.
• Experience developing and implementing consumer research strategies with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking, innovation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
