Senior Strategist, Marketing

Location: Los Angeles office with in-person collaboration Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays, or the New York office with remote work. Travel within the US and internationally may be required.

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 annually

What you will do

• Shape campaign and marketing strategies through cultural, consumer, competitor, and market insights.
• Collaborate with the Strategy Director, Creative teams, and clients from briefing through campaign execution.
• Create campaign briefs, strategic deliverables, integrated marketing plans, and actionable recommendations.
• Present insight-driven campaign visions and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Build client relationships through clear communication and compelling strategic ideas.
• Mentor junior strategists in research, cultural analysis, and campaign strategy development.

Requirements

• Experience developing marketing and campaign strategies for consumer-facing industries.
• Strong understanding of cultural insights, consumer behavior, marketing trends, and creative concepting.
• Experience in or familiarity with fashion, wellness, and retail.
• Ability to conduct cultural, consumer, competitor, and market research and translate findings into recommendations.
• Strong client communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for occasional extended hours, including evenings and weekends, when required by client deadlines.
