Senior Manager, Marketing Planning And Strategy (Beauty and Wellness)

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annual salary in Bentonville; $108,000–$216,000 annual salary in Hoboken, plus potential performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with Walmart’s business objectives and brand positioning.
• Analyze customer insights, competitor data, market trends, and performance metrics to shape strategic recommendations.
• Translate business objectives and insights into strategic briefs for marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate campaign performance and optimize marketing strategy, investment, and ROI.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated plans.
• Coach and mentor team members while adapting plans to changing business needs.

Requirements

• Expertise in strategic marketing and business planning aligned with commercial goals.
• Ability to develop, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives using customer insights and competitive analysis.
• Experience evaluating marketing, financial, and performance KPIs to maximize ROI.
• Strong cross-functional influence, collaboration, executive presence, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field plus 3 years of marketing experience, or 7 years of marketing experience.
