Vice President of Financial Planning (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis aligned with strategic priorities.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting for executive leadership, the Board, private equity sponsors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Lead financial modeling and due diligence for M&A, integrations, refinancing, capital raises, and other strategic transactions.
• Partner with Treasury and senior leadership on covenant compliance, credit facility reporting, revenue planning, incentive plans, and executive presentations.
• Improve planning tools, reporting, analytics, data quality, and cross-functional financial processes.
• Lead and develop financial planning leaders and teams while promoting accountability, succession planning, and analytical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and strategic financial decision-making in a complex organization.
• Strong financial modeling, long-range projection, scenario analysis, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with Excel, enterprise EPM/FP&A platforms, ERP systems, and business intelligence or data visualization tools.
• High professional judgment, discretion, integrity, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, CPA, or CFA.
• Experience in a private equity-backed or sponsor-owned company, including Board, lender, and sponsor reporting.
• Experience with M&A, due diligence, integration, value creation, or healthcare.
• Experience with Prophix, Anaplan, Hyperion, NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, SAP, Power BI, or Tableau.
