What you will do

• Lead and improve day-to-day recruitment and selection operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support hiring qualified candidates.
• Generate, maintain, and validate dashboards, scorecards, and recruitment databases.
• Provide planning, logistics, and administrative support for global talent supply initiatives.
• Engage market leaders in organizational change, adoption, and execution of global initiatives.
• Manage regional social media initiatives, including posting, optimization, and advertising.

Requirements

• Strong operational discipline and the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills across diverse backgrounds and levels.
• Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
• Ability to develop a deep technical understanding of complex recruitment processes and applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays when required.
