Recruiter, Talent Search (12-month contract)

What you will do

• Build relationships with Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Source, engage, and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, direct outreach, social media, alumni networks, and internal databases.
• Map talent across competitive and adjacent industries, including reporting structures, responsibilities, career preferences, and availability.
• Use third-party talent mapping services and incorporate findings into targeted market maps.
• Provide marketplace intelligence, sourcing updates, pipeline reports, and recruitment insights to stakeholders.
• Plan networking events and share sourcing practices, successes, and best practices with the team.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing talent across one or more Asia Pacific markets, including mature and emerging economies.
• Ability to source, map, engage, and qualify talent at different levels within competitive organizations.
• Expertise in digital sourcing, social media recruitment, phone-based outreach, and market referrals.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, resilience, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and talent environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, ATS, and CRM systems.
