Talent Acquisition Partner, Volume Hiring (BPO)

Location: Taguig City, Philippines; hybrid setup; mid-shift schedule

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through candidate onboarding.
• Lead high-volume hiring campaigns for customer service, technical support, sales, back-office, contact center, and shared-services roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain candidate pipelines for forecasted, ramp-up, seasonal, and expansion hiring.
• Screen candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, coordinate selection processes, and manage offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Advise hiring managers and business leaders on hiring progress, market trends, talent availability, and candidate profiles.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS records, identify funnel gaps, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• At least 2 years of volume hiring experience in a BPO, contact center, shared services, RPO, agency, or other high-volume recruitment environment.
• Experience recruiting for customer service, technical support, sales, back-office, or similar operational roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to consistently achieve hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to a hybrid setup and mid-shift schedule.
