Regulatory Compliance Officer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain expertise in online gambling legislation and regulations across multiple markets.
• Execute the compliance monitoring programme, report findings, and maintain an accurate regulatory risk register.
• Compile and submit regulatory reports, information requests, consultations, and notifications.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures and manage internal and external audits, including remediation tracking.
• Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and third-party operational service providers.
• Act as an escalation point for compliance matters and support the Regulatory Compliance Manager and Senior Regulatory Compliance Officers.

Requirements

• Experience in a compliance or monitoring role within the online gaming industry.
• Experience handling complex casework in a dynamic team.
• Strong understanding of remote and non-remote gambling regulations and technical requirements across jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to explain complex regulatory requirements clearly and manage multiple projects to agreed deadlines.
• Collaborative, adaptable, resilient, accountable, and integrity-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, betting types, and market trends.
• Experience in online gaming or casino operations and knowledge of player behaviour.
• Experience developing and executing customer retention strategies.
