TL;DR
Sr. DevSecOps (Azure): Designing and maintaining secure Azure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for mission-critical data analysis and machine learning applications with an accent on DoD security requirements, classified environments, and infrastructure automation. Focus on implementing DevSecOps pipelines, integrating security controls and vulnerability remediation, and ensuring resilient, highly available systems.

What you will do
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure Cloud architecture within DoD guidelines.
- Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, automating build, test, and deployment processes.
- Manage Infrastructure as Code deployments and define secure infrastructure requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Implement DoD security controls, conduct security assessments, remediate vulnerabilities, and support RMF documentation.
- Monitor system performance and security, implement logging and monitoring, and lead incident response.
- Ensure resilience, high availability, and continuous compliance for mission-critical systems.
Requirements
- Eligible for Secret clearance.
- Current Security+ certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of DevOps experience, or 8+ years of relevant DevOps and cloud engineering experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and DevSecOps pipelines in commercial and classified environments.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Infrastructure as Code automation, Azure Commercial Cloud, and Azure Government Cloud.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or another language.
Nice to have
- Experience with DoD STIGs, RMF, security documentation, and security scanning tools such as Nessus, SonarQube, or Aqua Security.
- Database administration, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch administration, version control, and Linux administration.
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, Hadoop, data warehousing, machine learning tools, or Power BI and Tableau.
- Relevant cloud security certifications, such as Azure Security Engineer Associate.
